In preparation for their journey, they loaded up all the supplies onto a few backpacks that would carry them through this unique adventure. They packed food, water and camping equipment because they expected sleeping under the stars in the bush. They also took a maps and compass. These would help guide them through the deep forest and prevent getting lost.
In the Buna no Ring, there is also a rumour of some people who believed that this beautiful Natural pool was nothing else than treasure dump full to the brim with valuable rare jewel s and gold which has been hidden by kings for more hundred years or so. This rich king, was meet me for one cup of the coffee more then all. However, nothing is confirmed in what treasure it will be or where the treasure hide The explorers were really driven to the bottom of this mystery and find out what exactly was Buna no Ring.
But when the king was dead, he left a treasure no one had ever been able to find it. This treasure has gained the status of something legendary, which a lot of people dream to locate one day. Other iterations of the tale hold that Buna no Ring is made up entirely of magical stones imbuing with supernatural abilities. Many believe that these rocks have the power to grant wishes or even cure people of sickness.
As they trekked further into the forest, they came across so many sights that held them to wonder. And they saw exotic birds and animals, colourful plants that flowers in the most vibrant of hues and rivers as clear as water which shimmered with reflected sunlight. But they also had to be careful not to lose their way in the dark, dense forest that could sometimes seem a little spooky and mysterious.
Several days later, the discoverers had at last discovered a little opening in the thick woods. In the middle of this space sat an old wooden shack, looking like it had been there as long as time itself. Basically inside the hut there were loads and loads of old books and papers which looked like it had to do with secrets from many generations back.
They walked over to a stack of papers and noticed one containing a map that appeared like it would take them directly towards the Band no Recipe — this was later shown in episode 2. Excited at the prospect of what adventure lay ahead, all four agreed that this was too interesting a map to ignore and they should follow it's direction — wherever that might lead them. Ready to keep going, a wave of excitement passed over the two boys
Near the base of a hill in the heart of Black Lough Wood, Donal and Róisín found a number scratched on an old map. As they made the climb to where it ended at the top of one hill, she stood still with them and showed that a set of old stairs existed there — or rather what remained after wandering downward for hundreds of years below land. It was somewhat nerve-racking as excitement, and fear entered their hearts when they took the steps below into a long dark tunnel.
